Target Group

Beneficiaries: Adolescents Girls Club, Positive Parenting Group, Child Clubs, Youth Networks, Parenting Education Groups, Mother Groups, Father Groups.

Stakeholders: - Child Right Committees, CFLG Committees, SMC/PTA/ School WASH Committees, Complaint Handling Committees, Health Facility Operation Management Committees, ECD committee, LEOC.

Agencies: - Rural Municipality, Ward Offices, Health Facility Offices (i.e. Health Post, CHU,PHC, Community Schools, District Public Health Office, OCMC, Safe House)

Project Objectives

All Children, Adolescents especially girls and young women enjoy the right to live free of CEFM.

Major Activities

To develop knowledge and skills on SRHR of adolescents, youth and young women, community leaders and parents, SMC, PTA and Teachers as well.
To raise awareness on ECED & developing ECD Strategy and model class rooms.
To build up capacity on Child Protection and Strengthening of Local level government, stakeholders and informal groups on child protection minimum requirement, Strengthening of Child protection mechanism as well.
To enhance learning environment in Community school through implementing REAL Plan Government and support Reading corner materials and awareness raising one home one reading corner.
To empowering girls and young women through awareness raising, different National & International day celebration, rally, workshop to ending CEFM and avoid social harmful traditional norm and negative consequences.
To develop and Strengthen of Local government service system by supporting technically and materials as well (i.e. Health Facility Operation Management committee, MHH in school, Model classroom, LEOC, AFS in Health Services Office, AFIC in School).
To supporting Local government for implementation of CFLG declaration procedure.
To Strengthening of formation Youth networks and engagement through youth challenge fund.

Golanjor Rural Municipality (5 & 7) and Tinpatan Rural Municipality (1, 2 & 3) of Sindhuli District.
